Yes, It Is Possible To Get A Home In This Market

Buying A Home Right Now Can Be Tough - here is a quick success story to give you a bit of hope...

As you are painfully aware, Seattle is one of the hottest markets in the country, with homes typically selling for 20% or more over listed price and the hottest homes having 15-20 offers.

We believe helping our clients WIN by getting an "edge" using proven negotiation strategies and sometimes just our pure grit and determination is the greatest part about our job.

We have some clients relocating from Tucson, Arizona due to a dream opportunity with the Seattle Children's Hospital. Their wish list includes: biking distance to work, light rail, and restaurants/shops and the fun of urban living - with a lovely outdoor space to BBQ this summer, and large space to entertain in the home. They also needed a 2nd bedroom and lots of closet space.

The thing was, they had been working on relocating and had already missed out on 5 homes because of the market. Well, that has changed now.  As of a few days ago, their offer was accepted and we found everything they wanted in this cute home:

The winning strategy meant getting our clients' offer reviewed first and that made all the difference.

Our team, with Ashlie VanWinkle leading the way, was able to negotiate and push to have our clients' offer reviewed PRIOR to the published review date. That meant our clients' offer beat out the 5 other offers already in the hands of the listing agent... and outpaced the 15 or more that would likely have been received over the weekend.

Don't Give Up on Your Home Search

There are homes available, but now more than ever, you need to be represented by a team that knows how to get your offer accepted because it is not just about whether or not you can qualify anymore.
